At Kalsoom Clothes, we aim to get your order to you as quickly and safely as possible.

Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed the next business day.

Delivery Time

• Major cities: 2–4 business days
• Other cities/remote areas: 4–7 business days

Shipping Charges

• Flat rate: Rs. 200 across Pakistan
• Free shipping on orders above Rs.2149

Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via SMS/WhatsApp/email to track your parcel status.

Cash on Delivery (COD)
We offer Cash on Delivery across Pakistan. Please ensure someone is available at the delivery address to receive and pay for the order.
